The debate and conferences involving beneficiaries and other officials or guest to help discuss certain issues affecting community, namely refugees and immigrants.
3) Broadcasting
This is the activity done through media or radio stations in the way of broadcasting programs or emissions to increase understanding and awareness among the followers.
4) Field Visits and Surveys
The organization conduct home or field visits and surveys to help know the ways community lives and collect their concerns
5) Transportation
This is another activity that helps transport beneficiaries from one location to another. The transportation activity is one of the main tasks or activities because it facilitates the implementation of activities trough transportation. By providing transportation services, LUPAHCS organization helps support the independence and mobility of seniors. This includes rides to medical appointments, grocery stores, and social events. The organization works with local senior centers, Meals on Wheels programs, and other senior service organizations to coordinate transportation services for the betterment of the targeted community.
6) Translation and Interpretation
The organization undergoes both interpretation and translation for the benefit of the refugee community. The purpose of this activity is to facilitate the change of languages from English to different tongues spoken by the refugee community and vice versa.
7) Counseling and Orientation
Based on the nature of the activities or projects, the Lubunga Pan African House for community services, inc. conducts counselling to different people in need of assistance. The case management, case assessment are delivered through this activity.
8) Provision of Social Services and Assistance
The organization implements some projects either physically or virtually through the provision of the services and even certain facilities to help respond to the beneficiaries’ basic needs. The services are in terms of education or physical items especially based on the nature of the project or program under implementation.
9) Follow up Sessions
The follow-up sessions to make sure that the activities have delivered the pretended and planned results. This activity is done to speak or visiting the needy participants to ensure that the results are reached as planned and within the determined time by respecting the smart process.
10) Fundraising Events
The fundraising activities are also conducted within the organization to help raise funds to support projects or programs of the organization. This because our organization relay on donations from individuals, corporations, and foundations to funds the projects or programs.

The organization also conducts the advocacy and lobbying to face with the officials and other organizations for changes over issues affecting the community, namely refugee community.

By providing academic support and guidance to students, Lubunga Pan African House for Community Services, Inc. help them to succeed in school and in life. Tutoring and mentoring help students to develop strong study habits, improve their academic performance, and build self-confidence.
13) Organize Community Events
Lubunga Pan African House for Community Services, Inc. also organizes community events like celebrations to bring people together promote community engagement and help raise awareness to meet the organization’s mission. The organization works with other local charities and nonprofit organizations. Collaboration is key to making a bigger impact in the community. By working together with other organizations, LUPAHCS shares resources, knowledge, and skills to achieve common goals. Community mobilization helps implement organizational projects programs and portfolios.
14) Create a Scholarship Event.
The organization provides to provide financial assistance to students to help to support education and career development. A scholarship program helps to make education more affordable and accessible for low-income students, namely refugees and immigrants and recognizes and reward academic achievement, leadership, and community service. LUPAHCS provide mentorship and support for scholarship recipients throughout their academic journey.
15) Hosting a professional clothing Drive Event
By collecting and distributing professional clothing, the organization helps to promote job readiness and economic self-sufficiency. A professional clothing drive provides low-income individuals, namely refugees and immigrants with the clothing they need to attend job interviews, start a new job, or advance in their current position. Lubunga Pan African House for Community Services, Inc. provides job readiness training, resume building, and interview coaching to support the job search process.
16) Job Search or Employment Search
The organization organizes the event or career event to help search for jobs for refugees at different companies or organizations.
